Cannot get Outlook to get email from hotmail.

I am able to get email w/ Outlook express but not with
Microsoft Outlook. I want to use Outlook. In POP setup area
I am using mail.hotmail.com as in Outlook express. I get error
message 0X800cccOf. Can anyone advise? thanks Liz

Is this a paid hotmail account? If not, then you can't pull it through
Outlook.
