Cannot Install InfoPath

I am having trouble installing InfoPath. I get the following error:
D:\infopath.WW\Osetup.DLL digital signature does not validate or is not
present

I have attempted to install it from a CD, Network Drive, locally - all same
results
I have attempted to play with the osetup.dll file and using another file -
no luck

I have an MSDN license - it said something to the effect of it is only able
to be used via terminal services. I tried to install via terminal services
and no luck.

Any help would be appreciated - thx in advance

Thanks for the reply - although I tried those methods before and again after
your post and was no successful. I get the same error.

Any other ideas?
