Cannot open attachments

When I updated my Outlook 2000 with Service Pack 3 I
cannot open any attachments while in Outlook. I get the
following message after being asked to save the file to
disk: "Microsoft Outlook: Outlook cannot save the URL to
a file. Cannot file this file. Make sure the path and
name are correct." I went into the options, security to
reset the "Attachment Security" and now that link is
missing from that screen. The "Zone Setting" is still
there, but not the "Attachment Security". Is there
anyway that I can get Outlook to allow me to open an
attachment on an Email? Thank you

Try Sue Mosher's Slipstick site for a solution:
