"Cannot Open File"

I am using Publisher 2003 and cannot open earlier version Publisher files,
any ideas?? Thanks.

You may not be able to open 2.0 publications because of a security update, but
other versions should open okay with 2003. Do you have Norton?

Thanks Mary, no, no Norton problems, I ended up re-installing Pub 2002 and
opened them with that. Pub 2003 now opens them ok once I save in the 2002
version. I see that updates want me to update the security patch which will
render it no go again, interesting stuff eh!
