I have a user that has, and had had, full control over a folder and several
subfolders, of WORD documents from Office 2003. All of a sudden every time
she tries to open a WORD doc she gets a dialog box insisting that she
establish an Information Rights management account. She can open the doc
but do nothing. They are all protected. She cannot unprotect them them. I
log into the server as Domain Admin, unprotect the doc and then she has no
problem with that particular doc. We are having to do this with every doc
in this folder and subfolder as she gets to them. I have given her full
comntrol rights to all. What is causing this Information Rights Managment
issue and how do we get rid of it??
