cannot save microsoftoffice file in other folder beside default fo

whenever i want to save as my file in folder that is not the fefault it will
takes a very long time or not able to save at all which will cause the system
to hang.
Please help.

Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop,
left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped
drives that are not currently available.
