cannot send attachments

I also suddenly cannot send attachments - probably about 3
weeks now - my ISP says it is an Outlook problem. Anyone
know what is oging on?

TOOLS | HELP | ABOUT MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
Have you updated lately?
Do you get any errors or messages?
