Cannot send or receive

I upgraded to OL 2003 a couple of weeks ago, and until
now all has been fine. Now for some reason, I cannot send
or receive emails, I click the send/receive button, and I
get Send/Receive Complete in the bottom right of the
window, but I don't get anything. If I use my old Outlook
Express, I get all the emails that were on the server.
Any ideas as to what is wrong?
