Hi Everybody,
I have MS Outlook 2002(10.2627.2625) installed on Windows
XP professional notebook. I don't know how to tell if I
have the most recent Service Pack. I guess the numbers I
got from the Help-> About MS Outlook menu may translate
to the service pack number I have.
I get these emails with '.doc' extensions as attachments
and when i open the message, MS Outlook shows the name of
the file as attachment but I cannot click on the
attachment file name to open it or save it. The only way
I can get to the attachment is to right-click on the file
name and select open or save from the context-menu. I
know that I use to be able to view my attachments by just
clicking on the attachment file names when i had Windows
2000 OS with MS Outlook 2000.
I opened Tools->Options... dialog box and on the Security
tab I did not find any checkbox that I could check so
that I could view my attachments the same way as I use to
with MS Outlook 2000.
I appreciate if someone can point out to me the settings
I need to change to resolve this issue.
Thank you,
