cannot view other's folders

I am trying to manage my bosses emails, though when I open
his inbox, I am unable to view his folders to file the
emails in after I have read them. help!

How do you access his e-mails? Is his mailbox in your folderlist? If so make
sure that on his Outlook Today folder the permissions are set to display
that for to you.

You can't open subfolders this way. If you want to see subfolders you'll
need to add the mailbox to your folder list.

Subfolders are stored on the same location as the root folder by the way.
