can't connect to organizational forms library using outlook 2007

hi all,

we have an exchange 2003 server and 5.5 still running on mixed mode.
basically when we migrated after we had moved all of our mailboxes from 5.5
to 2003 and got everybody working, we left it at that. we never copied or
migrated our public folders, etc.. into the new server. we configured the
replication so that both are replicating with each other and we figured that
the next migration project to whatever version is when we'll deal with that.
everything is working fine however the problem now is we recently have just
started testing outlook 2007 email client. we found out that using outlook
2007, we can't connect to the organizational forms library. the message that
i'm getting is "the connection to ms exchange is unavailable. outlook must be
online or connected to complete this action". we never have this problem
before using outlook xp or outlook 2003. can you please tell me how to fix
this? i'm hoping for a quick fix or easiest. we don't have that much
customized forms so worse comes to worse we can just install them as personal
forms. but i'm curious if outlook 2007 is not compatible with exchange 2003
and that if you have to have exchange 2007 for it to work. or is it because
we never really migrated our public folder to exchange 2003 and that's what's
causing the problem. but then why does it work with outlook xp and outlook
2003? also with the regular all public folder stuff, i noticed that anything
that was posted using outlook 2003 to all public folders, i can connect using
outlook 2007 with no problem but some of the old stuff i can't.
any feedback is much appreciated. thanks!!

Outlook 2007 can't connect to Exchange 5.5. So if the org library is not on
Ex2003, it can't access it. is there a reason why they didn't migrate
completely to Ex2003?

thanks!! like what i've said we never really tried since we stop after we've
moved the mailboxes. i know that moving all public and system folders are a
part of the last step before removing exchange 5.5. that's why we're still in
the mixed mode. is there an easy way to move just the org library? is there a
tool that i can use or i really have to do all of the system folder? am i
just better of creating it manually since we don't have alot and just stop
the replication? please let me know especially if you have any step by step
instruction that would be helpful. i couldn't seem to find any write up that
talks about just migrating the org form library.
thanks much in advance!
