can't delete one email.

Hello, I received one junk email recently and it looked
either like a junk email or carries a worm. I never
opened it and when I try to delete it it gives me this
error " unknown error ". Can anybody tell me how to
delete this email. I'm using Office XP and Exchange 2K.

Thanks, Ed./

Since you are using Exchange I suggest you remove it by OWA (easiest way to
go)

You disabled OWA? Why?

Start Outlook in safe mode, clear the Deleted Items folder and try deleting
the message again
