Can't download any templates in Office Online

I use XP Home Ed along with Office XP Professonial ver. 2002. I have not, as
of yet, installed SP-2. When I try to download a template [i.e., specifically
from the url page
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT0CT011815441033
..aspx], and when I click on the download button, absolutely nothing happens.
I even tried allowing pop-ups, but again, nothing happened. I'd appreciate
any suggestions!

Start by emptying your cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete
files.
If that doesn't work, delete the Office cookie and go to the below URL
http://office.microsoft.com/templates/axinstall.aspx?
