Can't download Office Update (XP SP3) not requiring CD

I got an error message in Outlook directing me to Office Update, which says I
need to install Office XP SP3 and Office 2000 SP3, and telling me that I can
download a larger update file which does not require me to have the product
CD. The download page has a check box whether to hide the installation page
asking for the CD, and I can't download unless that is unchecked, meaning
that when I install the downloaded file, I am asked for the CD, which I can't
find! Help! Thanks, Ann

Can you clarify the above statement that you made in your post.

When Office Update checks my computer to see what updates I need, those are
the two that are checked.
