Can't email pictures using OPM.

I use Microsoft Office Outlook Express 2003 as my default email, But when I
use OPM and try to send an email it won't create any message. I get "message
could not be created. If outlook is running, make sure it has no open dialog
boxes, and then try again." I used to use Outlook Express 6 before.

Hi Roy,

MS Office 2003 Picture Manager requires the use of MS Office Outlook rather than MS Windows Outlook Express for use of the 'send to'
link. You can drag and drop a picture from Picture Manager into an Outlook Express outgoing email (as an attachment).
