can't find microsoft internet information server

When I try and load Microsoft Office Server Extensions from Microsoft Office
2000, I get an error message that tells me that I need to load IIS 4.0 first.
I don't know where to find that. Can anyone help?

Type in find box at the top IIS 4.0 then click search and that should find
it, that is the only way I know
