Can't install missing features in Office Programs

I am apparently missing some features in my Office 2003 programs (e.g., I
can't export my contact list from Outlook). For this, and in other Office
applications, I'll often get a pop up that states "...Feature not available"
at which point I'll get the option to install the feature. When I click OK to
install it runs through nearly the entire installation and then I get the
following message:

"Error 1311. Source file not found..."

I'm using my Office CD, too.

Any thoughts?

It could be a corrupt CD.
Perhaps M$ will replace it if you send the old one in.

Thank you. I'm not on a network and my computer came with the software
installed.
