Can't move items. Access denied.

Hello every one. I'm having problems with Outlook 2000.
Am using exchange 2000 and every time i try to move an
email from my inbox to a personal folder I get the
following error. "Can't move items. The items can not be
moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access
denied." I check my .pst file permission.

Any one has a sugestion?
