Can't Open Files or Load Access on New PC

This is for the initial "issue 2" related to the "can't find vbs332
dll" problem. I just ran ad-aware (free version from lavasoft.com),
and I'm back in business again. All the objects that ad-aware found
were "data-miner" type, but deleting these did the trick. There must
be a new nasty data miner out there as of today.....

and I'm back in business again. All the objects that ad-aware found
were "data-miner" type, but deleting these did the trick. There must

Does the error message you see exactly match one of those given in
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=835404 ? If so, re-read the
instructions in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329820 and try
disabling the Norton Office Plugin through the menu options again,
because I don't think you did it correctly.
