Dear Sir, I can only open outlook 2k in safe mode, I checked there hasn't any plug-in is running. When I try to open outlook 2k in normal mode, the "outlook.exe" error occur.

Have you tried running its Detect and Repair (under the Help menu)?
What *is* "the error"? Surely it must say something. Also mention your
version of Windows.
