hi, i have 2 problems.
1. one friend's email address that cannot get through
to me in outlook or on my server. she is not blocked and
suppot told me the domain would be corrected- it was not.
she still can only get through to my hotmail address- no
outlook...
2. out of the blue- emailed pdf files cannot be read-
they come up in chinese simplified and even if i change
to windows, they are jibberish. always worked til the
last few days...
any help out there?
