Can't open public folder with outlook 2003

Hi, I'm using outlook 2003 together with exchange 2000
and I aren't allowed to open any public folders. I gor
the message that the folder can't be displayed. When I
looks at the activity for outlook there are no public
folders in the list. It worked fine with the last beta.
Any ideas.

Try creating anew profile. If you have a profile, the
client gets a list of the PFolders and then caches it.
the only way to remove teh cached entry is to create a
new profile. after creating a new profile, open up the
public folders as soon as you enter your mailbox. the
server you get a list from will get cached. this also
happens when you have to replace a mail server and the
new one has a new name and serves PFolders.

Assuming you are looking at the Folder list view and can see the folders,
are you online? see the file menu or the right side of the status bar.
