Can't organize MSN emails

I have an MSN account. When i go to Outlook 2003 and try to organize the
emails, the organize is greyed and it won't allow me to change it. Is there
a way to do this? My husband says he can do it with Outlook Express and he
loves the ability. He won't use Outlook if it doesn't do this. Am I doing
something wrong?

I'm not sure but I think you need to create the rules for MSN mail online
using their web interface

Are you using HTTP or the outlook connector? Outlook Express doesn't have
"organize" - is your husband moving messages to new folders or coloring
email headers to make some more visible?

After talking with him, he is able to organize in Outlook 2000 and as far as
he remembers, MSN account also. His emails go into a folder that he has set
up. When I try to set it up, i get this message: Messages sent and received
using HTTP e-mail accounts cannot be filtered using Outlook rules. If
server-based message filtering is available, your e-mail service provider can
tell you how to enable it. I can organize my other account that is not msn,
but the organize is not active on my msn account.

How do I use the "outlook connector"? I apologize for not making sense. I
really am rather computer savy - normally :)

He just checked his computer at work. It does not organize his MSN account.
I subscibe to a recipe update. I would like to be able to have the emails go
directly into a folder - not clutter up my window. I sometimes get 5-6
e-mails a day. I want to be able to check these at my convenience. Suzan
