When you do a merge you can only have one card on your screen. If you have
all
four postcards on your screen, all four postcards will have the same
information
and you will get a separate page for each name. So if you have a hundred
names
in your merge you will end up with one hundred pages rather than 100
postcards.

I have printed it a number of times and whether I increase or decrease the
copies per page it still only prints the same information however many
times
on each page.

Are you actually printing it or just looking at Print Preview?

I merged information from access into publisher for a postcard. But now
when
I test print I get the same 4 entries on the same page.
I would like to have 4 different entries on each page instead.
How do I set that up?
Thanks for the help,
