can't print

Ihave window 2000 professional and office 2000 small business.
Recently, I can't print any characters from Word, but I can print
drawings or pictures. Could someone help me on this issue? Thanks.

Try deleting and reinstalling your printer in Start | Control
Panel | Printers. While you're at it, you might check your
printer manufacturer's website to see if there is an updated
printer driver available that is appropriate to your operating
system version and printer model.
