Can't Publish

stars are always shinning bright

I get an error when trying to Publish my website to either GeoCities or
Angelfire but not when I publish to Cox. It says "cannot find the URL". I
have checked the address and it was and always is typed in correctly. I'm
using Publisher 2003.
