Can't re-edit chart..

Whatever the way I have inserted a chart in my slide -even useing
insert>chart- and then saved&closed the presentation file, once I open it
again I can't edit the chart.
Every time I try I got this message.."The sever application, Source file, or
item can't be found, or returned an unkown error. You may need to reinstall
the server application".
Of coarse I tried to save the file even on the root c:\ , I tried to loosen
the firewall but all seems not working.
Once I closed the file, the chart become as good as a picture.
Could you help me to figure out how to solve this problem..

Oh thanks very much, I have reached this article just before your prompt
response..and actually it helped so much..it was just simple as an option in
Norton antivirus needed to be unchecked.
