can't receive emails

Hi,
I can receive emails from the internet at webmail, but
cannot receive them on Outlook. This started on 12/10. Is
there a file that needs to be updated? Is there anything
else I can try?

What version of Outlook do you have? What sort of mail account? Do you get
any errors when you try to download messages?
