can't retreive pst. file in outlook

I export edmy outlook contacts in a compressed form to a memory stick and now
I can't import them back to my outlook folder.

No wonder. Export and import are never the correct way to transfer Outlook
data.
If you actually expected help, you would need to post accurate, detailed
information. There is none here.
