Can't run outlook with Windows Seven

A

Ashley Wombold

I don't know what is going on, basically saying I know nothing about
computers. I click on it, and it says cannot start outlook. It pops up for a
split second and I don't know what to do. We used it earlier, and now it has
crashed. I tried troubleshooting it, and making a new account. Any help?
P.S. I don't have the disc anymore and I cant re-download it.

If you can't repair (i.e. reinstall) Outlook, then you may be out of luck.

Have you tried to repair it using the Windows Control Panel's programs
applet?

If that doesn't work, you will need to post back with you version of
Outlook.

You need to keep your installation media in the future, or get it from your
computer manufacturer, if they pre-installed it.

What are the EXACT error messages? The message often contains the
solution - without the message, no one can help you.
