It's either Hidden or in a text box. If it has a dotted underline in Print
Layout view, it's Hidden. Select the text and press Ctrl+Shift+H or go to
Format | Font and clear the Hidden check box. If it's in a text box, make
sure you have "Drawing objects" checked on the Print tab of Tools | Options.
