Can't send attached files

I can't send attached files to a distribution list. The ISP has verified all
connections so the problem isn't that. I'm using Outlook 2007 with McAfee
Security Center

What happens when you try? "Can't" is a very vague description of an issue.

Tried it with McAfee's Outlook integration disabled already?

Prove that Outlook "can't send" attached files. You expect the
mechanic to know what to work on when you give him your car and say
"Don't work"?
