Can't Send Yahoo Email Form Outlook 2002

I am using Outlook 2002 and Windows XP Pro and can't get
the account setup properly to allow sending from
Outlook. Receiving works fine but no matter how I set
things up, sending will not work. I have tried a few of
the KB articles but none seem to get me up and going.
