Catalog Merge - Picture alignment

I am merging a catalog.
In the catalog, there are many pictures with different sizes.

I have decided to put the picture in the middle of the page.
But Publisher 2003 only align it to the top-left.

Therefore, in aother page when the pictures is smaller. The picture is no longer in the middle of the page.

Is there a way to get around this ?
