Cdr converter messed up - how do I fix?

When trying to do a conversion (pulling a jpeg file into Word) I was given a
number of options. Apparently I used the wrorg format and now can't convert
anything!!! Please tell me how to get back to the "converter" file and what
format should I use. I want to be able to convert jpeg and WordPerfect files.
