cell resizing

I was just wondering how i can put a limit to how much a
cell can shrink or expand. I have a cell with a background
picture and when the cell shrinks to a certain size it
starts to cover up the image. I just want it to lock once
it gets to where the image is, so it can still be seen.

Set your cell size to 2 px less than your background image
- but if you have content that exceeds that size the cell will grow
