certain parts of my document print upside down!!!

I am using Publisher 2003 to design a booklet (8 page spread).
There is a combination of images and text
When I email this document to the friend who is printing it, the
images/document appears perfectly on screen, but when printed, some of the
images turn around.

I have tried grouping the images/text on each page
I have attempted pdf coversion to prevent this,but it only converted 4 pages
(may have been a dodgy downloaded converter - it was a "print to pdf" style.
I have tried making the images upside down on my screen, which worked once,
but after changing the document slightly, didn't make a difference.

I am very frustrated with myself/computer

Look at your printer settings, there will be a *flip pages up* or something
similar depending on the printer model.
