You may want to look at Animation Carbon, an add-in that allows you to copy
animations settings from one object to another.
You can also plan for this by changing the way you are inserting the
documents. If you will need to change documents on a regular basis, then
why not insert a rectangle autoshape. Then apply the animations and whatnot
to the autoshape. To insert the document, just make it the background fill
for the autoshape. Now you do not need to change anything except the fill
document to update the presentation.
