Change default font for text boxes in Publisher

Is there any way to change the default font for text boxes in Microsoft
Publisher fo all publications?

Has anyone found out how to do this when using Publisher 2003 in Windows 7?
Windows 7 does not have the same target folder path. I tried putting
necessary folders in the App directory, but they seem to be read only and
will not allow me to change that attribute.
