Change default font

I can't seem to change the default font in Publisher for the directions given
when I try have choices that do not exsist in Publisher. What do I do?

Are these the directions you are trying to use?

What problems are you running into?
Try using the Font schemes if the above is not helpful. You can create your own
font scheme.
