change look of an individual contact

I have received a new computer with Office 2003. When I open a contact, the
information is displayed in the "book" format, like 2 pages showing in the
window, which cuts off part of what I must have in the open entry box. How
can I change the view back to a letter style? The book style does NOT work
for my needs.

Explain more clearly what you mean. Include your steps precisely. Your
description fits no version of Outlook I've ever seen. Contact Records have
no such views.
