Change Outlook 2003 back to "blue" color

I have 2003 Outlook and it is gray in color. I have changed my window
settings to XP and Outlook is still gray. When 2003 was first installed on
my PC it was blue. Not sure when or how I lost it. Is there any other
settings to change besides the Windows settings to XP? (which isn't working
anyway)
