change picture but not formating?

Hi,
I am trying to set up a 3 page document to use as a template. I have Word
2003 and Word 2000.
On it I have a top paragraph (easy enough) then two columns of text next to
each other in text boxes that have been positioned in the correct left align
and distance for the top (that is fine but can I lock their position but
allow the text within to change?) At the bottom of the page I have 3
pictures next to each other at 65mm wide by 50mm high with a 1pt black
border around them. There is always going to be 3 pictures but for each new
document they are going to change. How can I format the page so that the
picture size, position and black border always stays the same but the
picture can be changed? Or is this not possible?
Cheers
Lenny

Set up a one row, three column table with fixed cell dimensions to hold the
pictures. Maybe use the Table borders rather than borders around the
pictures. If you wanted a gap between the between the borders between the
pictures, insert narrow columns between the cells that will hold the
pictures.
