Change the date tasks starts and finish in MS Project Web Access 2

Hi!

When a user logs onto my MS Project Web Access 2003 server, they are not
able to change the dates for the tasks under the menu "View my tasks".
However viewing/adding Notes, changing the "% Work Complete" goes just fine
under the same menu.

Does anyone know why this does not work? Thanks :)
