Change the picture format from behind text to in front

Once I changed the picture to "Behind Text" in the Picture Formatting, now I
can't select it to change it back? Please help!

Display the Drawing toolbar by clicking on View | Toolbars |
Drawing. On the Drawing toolbar, click on the Select Objects
tool (it's the big white arrow near the left end of the Drawing
toolbar), and then click on the picture to select it. When
you've finished working with the picture, remember to click on
the Select Objects tool again to turn it off, or else you won't
be able to select text normally with the mouse.
