Running a macro containing the following commands should set that up:
Options.DeletedTextMark = wdDeletedTextMarkHidden
Options.InsertedTextMark = wdInsertedTextMarkNone
Options.RevisedLinesMark = wdRevisedLinesMarkRightBorder
