change where contacts are stored

How do I change the default folder where contacts are stored. I also want to
change where my emails are stored. In Outlook Express it was:
tools/options/maintenance/stored folder
In Outlook there is no maintenance tab under options, and I could not find
any reference to it at office help. HELP! that is no help!!!
