Hi All! I am hoping someone will have an anser or
suggestion for me. I have a user that uses outlook
version 2002, but it is not the newest one; it is the one
that when you click on the tools menu it only gives you
services, not accounts. It may even be 2000. The problem
is I am not in the Florida office and I do not have this
version anywhere. There are applications on the login
account that the user needs that cannot be transferred to
a different login name so I changed the login name on that
account for security reasons. The problem is that I
cannot switch the name on the outlook email account and
cannot figure out how to set up a new account and get rid
of the old one, or even just to be able to login with a
different account name. Understand that they are in a
workgroup and they do not have a copy of office to
reinstall Outlook with. Anyone please advise, much
