changing booklet format

I have an 80 page booklet-style document that I now need to print
non-booklet style (pages in sequence) so that it looks right when posted on
the web. Any one know the simplest was to change the format?

File > Page Setup > Printer and Paper > Properties > Set paper size to A5 >
Layout > Full Page > OK > File > Print > OK.
