Changing Calendar Templates

How do I change the look of a Calendar Template and then have those changes
apply to every page (month)? I want to design my own monthly calendar and
then print a year+ worth of pages. Is it possible to do this in Publisher?
If not, any suggestions for alternatives?

You can't do this using Publisher's Calendar wizards. You would need to
create your own color scheme and font scheme, and then apply those schemes
to your calendar publication.
